Shipping policy
Order Processing
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Most orders ship on the same or next business day after the order is placed. I aim to ship all orders within one business day but at times I need up to two business days. If there’s any unexpected delays, I will contact you directly.
Discreet Packaging
- All shipments are discreet. Orders are sealed and professionally packaged using plain boxes, poly mailers, or standard carrier-branded packaging. All orders ship from a discreet return address for an extra layer of privacy.
Tracking Information
- Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
Delivered Packages
- Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, The Delta Connect is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. If you experience an issue after delivery, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
