The Delta Connect offers federally compliant hemp-derived products intended to comply with applicable federal law, including the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill), and applicable state laws. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for applicable products. Laws vary by jurisdiction and may change without notice. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that products may be legally purchased, possessed, transported, and used within their jurisdiction. The Delta Connect reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot legally be fulfilled.

Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase and does not guarantee acceptance. Shipping

Orders are typically processed within one business day, although processing times may vary. Orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or another selected carrier. Tracking information is generally provided within 48 hours after carrier acceptance. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are estimates only. Delivery dates are not guaranteed by The Delta Connect. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once a shipment has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Delivered Packages

Responsibility for a shipment transfers to the customer once the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered. Claims involving missing or damaged shipments are reviewed individually using available carrier documentation, delivery confirmation, account history, and other relevant information. Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of The Delta Connect following review.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of consumable hemp-derived products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Requests involving incorrect products, fulfillment errors, damaged shipments, or carrier-confirmed losses are reviewed individually. Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed by The Delta Connect. Fraudulent claims, repeated unsupported delivery claims, abuse of refund policies, or chargeback abuse may result in denial of future claims, cancellation of pending orders, refusal of future service, or termination of customer accounts.

Right to Refuse Service
